European Sport Psychology Conference July 2019

The work of the RESIST project was well-represented at the FEPSAC conference in July 2019, Carla and Sam delivered a workshop where they introduced the RESIST interventions to the audience, and had the audience use some if-then planning in a wall-sit task. Carla also presented the findings from our survey about what reasons are for having thoughts around the urge to stop or slow down when not planned. At the final day of the conference Sam delivered a key note on his work on the psychobiological limits of endurance performance.
